Pack Your Items
Carefully place your HexClad products in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
